We’ve turned this house inside out, replacing flooring, adding trim, painting all interiors and levelling up the property as a whole. It’s been a process but rewarding nonetheless. Today we’re talking: TRIM. An element that can make or break a space. This is a photo from a house flip we’re helping with. By adding an extra few inches surrounding the window, it’s taken this space from looking tiny and congested to bright and open, allowing more light to fill the room. Being mindful the entire processed can lead to incredible results.
