Yesterday, i watched a video of 3 mac and cheeses. Lu asked for kd. I don't have any. (Normally I say no to dairy while sniffly, but its rainy and mac and cheese is comforting!) So we tried out the 3 ingredient mac and cheese..with an extra omph!

Whizzed up roasted tomato sauce

We've been home this week due to a cold. Waiting for our covid test results to go back to school/work...once we are better of course. Maybe i can fit some blogging in today. Testing out thess Ball fermentation lids.
Beans! Yum yum!
Horseradish root and pickled hot peppers! I also re-processed the lilac jelly...third time is the charm right?
Late night preservation...spicy dill pickles and beans for the freezer
Today is a beautiful day to get out and prune the tomato trees!
Figured, I'd come on and share a "diva hack". (Not sure how original I am) Ice cream scooper for filling muffin tins? Yes please!
