Being still at times allows you to observe the energy and activity around you. Standing 6ft away and being still I was able to watch this squirrel enjoy his snack. What can you see by just holding space for a few minutes. #nature #stillness #inside

I looked up the list of phobias just for curiosity. The list went on for many pages so I thought it easy to copy and paste into a word document. This was a staggering amount as it became 22 pages of this enigma. I'm sure there may have been something for me even though i don't feel any great trepidations. Happiness is an inside job, we have be conditioned to think and look for things that bring up happiness. This becomes a never ending struggle as the search grows ever wider for things to create that feeling. We create our world from the inside and the world we see is that energy.
