It’s been said that it’s difficult to remember our happy, more simple memories. However, if you take a moment to acknowledge that happiness when you’re in the midst of it, you’re more apt to remember it. Make more of an effort to be aware of what you’re experiencing. Often times I’ll say to myself If this isn’t nice, I don’t know what is. I’ve found in doing this I’m also practicing gratitude at the same time.
