Did you know Your Voice is a muscle? The production of the voice starts with the compression of air from the lungs, which is reinforced by the diaphragm, abdominal and chest muscles. This, coupled with the voice box and vocal chords help us form sound from the mouth. That said, like going to the gym, singers who want to train their voice into becoming 'fit' ... Must actively work their voice. Because muscles that arent used become weak. So keep up the work in singing, scales and keep the voice 'buff' this summer!
