Finished product of the job we graded,laid sod and installed new fence,this job was different one of the yards was 2 feet higher in some places so we took it down a bit and we put pond liner on the one side to stop the water from flowing into the lower yard,

When you replace a fence its always good to do any kind of grading if your yards needs it,this yard the grade was off, water was running towards the house and pooling,
