Early 2000s JDM Subaru needed a Wideband installed, only problem was there was no ideal way to install the gauge professionally. After a bit of thinking we made a custom pod to go into the ac vent still allowing air to pass through using our in house 3D printer. 2015 Ford F150 EcoBoost was on the way to our shop for tuning from Saskatchewan when about 150 km from our shop a turbo decided to leave the party. With the owner on vacation and the truck 8 hours from home we understood the situation this placed our customer in. We ordered in 2 new turbos , and made sure all the appropriate hardware the turbos were changed as well. The EcoDiesel came in with only 84 ,000km on it and several trips to the dealer to fix an EGR cooler issue. After the factory software " fix " made the truck far worse performance wise , the client went back to demand that this issue be rectified. Being told first that there are no parts available to acually fix the issue under warranty, the dealership gave him 2 options. 1) order the parts as a regular repair job , and it would be $5000. 2) trade it in on a new truck. ... What kind of $%^@$ IS THAT ?! We removed the setup, thr DPF and tuned it. Done. Fixed. This is precisely why we are now supplying dealerships with software and egr delete kits. 2006 STI in for a final tune after a Forged engine break in. There were a few things that we needed to change on the car in order to push the boost a bit higher than were is was before. - 4 Bar MAP sensor - Change the Aquamist 0.4mm nozzle to a 1.0mm nozzle - Set up the tuning for Speed Density - Ensure the meth was drained and refilled with a 50/50 mix. ... The client wanted to keep this car on 91 oct , being that he lives in BC and drives all over the place. After getting through start up , tip in , part load , cruise cells , we were ready to give it the beans . 492 whp / 477 wtq on 24 psi was what we ended up with . We pushed the turbo a little harder , but the gains were not worth the added push . Client was very happy with the numbers and was very thrilled after getting back home to Nelson BC that the drivability was absolutely perfect. See more

Sometimes , peak numbers dont tell the story. 2010 GMC 2500 6.0 with whipple supercharger. Overall the whipple tune is pretty good. But it lacks in certain areas. After fixing a big air leak and bypass valve connection, nee plugs and check over , we started recalibrating the truck. We picked up a massive amount of power in the top end in both power and torque as well as low rpm high load areas. See the timing at 1400 rpm in the boost area ? Its super low. Resulting in ...a very soft feel . This was totally revised on both high and low octane tables. Air fuel was super rich ( 10.6 and lower ) and we brought that up to a way more respectable 11.4 which is a good place for a truck that still tows. Fuel mileage was 30L /100 km with the improper working bypass valve and now the truck is getting 20L / 100 km. Pretty good for a 2500 with lift and 35s as well. We had a 2002 Jaguar S-Type R dropped off to get some upgraded parts and tuning. We did a baseline on the car to see what we were starting with . With a dismal 267 whp... we knew something was wrong. Normally these cars make 320ish whp. So we are going to get it in the shop to go completely through this car prior to tuning. We have an upgrade path on mind and we have pulled the ECU to read it and look over what mapping we have to play with. Not many S Type Rs ( in the early years ) were tuned via the ECU because it needs to be bench read and flashed. And its a huge PITA to get to that ECU . The last dyno run for 2019 !! A brand new 2020 F350 was brought in for some baseline numbers before tuning . What a beautiful truck . A murtaya kit car with a STI drive train powered by an Emtron KV8..This E85 powered track toy came into the shop to have a potential RPM issue sorted out but ended up having the calibration re worked . After a firmware update , we had to go through a lot of tables and revise the airflow models , drive by wire tables, driver demand tables, all fuel and ignition , cold start, biosr control , VVT , throttle body models, etc etc. The full throttle stuff was already really good , just needed work down low. At 15 psi the IAG built engine was putting down 442 whp / 456 wtq. Very neat project car near completion. 2002 Acura TL , with a CL Type S bottom end , 6 speed , Comptech Supercharger and IceBox intake , an Air to Water Intercooler , upgraded fuel system which includes ID1000 injectors, and an AEM FIC. After several runs on the dyno we put down 315 whp , and 300 wtq at 8.5 psi.
