The event will be an opportunity to express and share their reflections on Black history and Black futures through reflections on art and breakout group discussions. Themes that will be explored include intersections of racism and sexism, our relationship to the land & Indigenous peoples of Turtle Island, and Black Allyship. The event will provide an opportunity to reflect on actions that individuals could take to combat anti-Black racism in our systems, communities, organizations and daily lives.
