As I work alone, I can not accommodate everyone and must turn clients away. But today, more than half my day no showed or canceled at the very last minute. When this is done, I do NOT have the necessary time to book someone else in the time slot and therefore my time is useless! I lose money and my time is disrespected. This is my income. My means to pay my bills, to put food on my table... Going forward, I will be following my cancellation policy strictly. A 24h NOTICE IS NEEDED TO CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT.
