Just a wee reminder my studio Lilac Sun Pottery, on the Denman Ferry hill is open everyday from 9 a.m. - till 5:30 or so. My studio is overflowing with 3 kiln loads of gift ideas starting @ $5.00 all the way up to $400.00. I also have lots of pieces at the Denman Craft Shop. This weekend would have been our wonderful Denman Island Christmas Craft Fair. NOT THIS YEAR Just a reminder that my studio is open 9-6 everyday with 2 fresh glaze firings just unloaded. My shelves are overflowing and every other flat surface in my studio with new creations! Just finished throwing my last mugs, now a couple more days of trimming, putting slip on some of them and then handles. Then a couple of days of wiping down hundreds of pieces big and small. A couple of Bisque firings and at least 3 glaze firings. Whew, as enjoyable as all of this is, it sure takes a lot of focus and energy. Here's are a few photos of some of that.
