The REC Centre is open and running the same programs with masking in place. This means masks will be required to exercise in the weight room as with other sports/leisure activities. This includes wearing masks in the arena change rooms. Hockey participants will not have to wear masks on the ice.

Resumes are now being accepted for the position of Relief Custodian/Facility Operator at the Lillooet & District REC Centre. The Facility Operator performs ice resurfacing operations and completes checks of ice maintenance equipment; monitors arenas physical plant and maintains security; carries out janitorial duties in the arena; assists public in their use of facilities; performs other duties as required. The Custodian does a variety of janitorial duties in the building, room rental preparation; assists public in their use of facilities; performs other duties as required.
