It’s the last full day before shut down and I’m feeling mixed emotions this morning. Above everything I am feeling overwhelmed by the love, care and support of my clients, family, friends, our community. Well it has certainly been a week. It started off with stress and worry about my business which affects my family and then had to cancel clients this week in fear of having covid. I’m happy to report the results are negative and I’m symptom free. Sometimes we have those weeks where nothing is going right and the weight of the world is on our shoulders. I know I’m not the only one whose felt this lately. I took my pup for a walk and took in this beautiful mountain view. I cr...ied a little, prayed a little and my heart welled up with peace and my shoulders and chest felt lighter again. Sometimes we need a reset. To get away from the noise of news, cases, restrictions, etc and just breathe in the fresh mountain air. You’re not alone, my friend, we’re all in this together and we’re going to get through it one way or another. If you’re feeling overwhelmed reach out and take time to find your reset.
