Custom home in Oakville. This design captures the style of the this Oakville neighborhood with elegance and proportion. The 2nd floor is tucked in behind the main roof so that the building height appears to be low but this house has actually 10ft ceiling on the main floor and 9ft ceiling on the second floor. @ City Of Oakville, Ontario, Canada

Contemporary re-build and addition to an existing side split house in Burlington. We used a combination of stone and architectural wood looking cement panels as accent to break the stucco walls. The elongated canopy ties in the 3 car garage to the house and gives it a striking horizontal line. @ Burlington, Ontario

223 Indian Valley Trail Mississauga ON New Custom House by Lima Architects Inc New residence in Mississauga. This house style is very in line with the surrounding area and it was exactly what the Owners were looking for. The lot is irregular shaped as a result, the garage had to be placed on an angle and be designed to integrate well with the rest of the house. Lima Architects is pleased with the result and is looking forward to the construction of the house in the Spring of 2017.

Renovation of the City of Burlington Animal Shelter. This renovation included the reception area and new accessible washroom. The use natural looking materials such stone and wood siding along with neutral earthy paint colours gives this project a nature feel. The original Mainway Recreation Centre canopy and entrance needed improvement. Lima Architects was retained by the City of Burlington to design a new canopy for that building as well as to enhance overall entrance area. The Client desire was to modernize the building curb appeal. Located at the corner of Brant St. and Prospect St. in Burlington, ON, this building houses a pharmacy on the ground floor and a sleep clinic on the 2nd floor. It has an interesting combination of solids and voids with finishing materials that complement each other resulting in a pleasing looking building at this busy intersection in Burlington.
