HAPPY NEW YEAR!! I don’t know about you but I have switched my mindset the past few years I’ve moved away from new year's resolutions - which for me were all too easy to break or forget after only a few weeks - to goals. I start my new year by setting a couple of goals for myself. This gives me a focus for personal improvement, but also allows room for mistakes and for growth. I can adjust my goals as I move through the year. One of my personal goals is to focus more ...on myself and on my family. I am going to focus my energy on improving our health and wellbeing. I am going to enter 2022 with both a grateful heart, a positive mindset and the intention of offering everyone (myself included) grace as I anticipate it will be a year much the same as 2021. Thank you so much for bring a part of the Positively Glowing group, and for all of your support this past year! I truly appreciate it am so grateful to each and every one of you!!
