We have a soft spot for The Screening Room. Please support them where and if you can. This post shows the many ways in which that can be done.

Charlie cannot come to our new Kingston office due to landlord rules. (Boo). So he works from home full-time now. Here, you can see he’s hard at it, helping us grow your wealth.

We take pride in what we do for others and have endless feedback that proves that together, we are on the right path.

The Limestone Team 12.03.2020

This comes as no surprise to us at Limestone; It truly is a case of 'they don't know what they don't know'. Be informed, read the latest in a series of studies showing the benefit of waiting. It's the best investment that any of us have for our retirement.

The Limestone Team 22.02.2020

Stay away from bank life insurance. Reach out and we can explain further.

We don't know about you, but we have certainly realized during COVID-19 that going into Long Term Care is not what we want for our end of life care! Long Term Care protection would allow you to pay for care in your home. Have the conversation now with us. This protection has never been more relevant.

The Limestone Team 30.12.2019

So many people are avoiding an important conversation. Life insurance really isn't as scary as it is made out to be. We work hard to build it, why not protect it properly?

The Limestone Team 10.12.2019

Have you considered critical illness protection?

Harper Lee was a wise woman! That summarizes exactly whats going on right now. It should be no surprise that its happening under the leadership currently in power in USA either.

The Limestone Team 07.10.2019

Amen. Sometimes we shouldnt apply the law but must provide humanity.

Just a little something to counter the Rod Carrick's and do-it-yourselfers of the world we live in!

Emotional exhaustion lies is at the centre of burnout. When we are dealing with challenging situations, we tap into our emotional resources. As we gradually (or in some cases rapidly) use up our emotional resources our sense of well-being and capacity to care for ourselves and others is diminished. During the pandemic, grief over the loss of normalcy, concerns about loved ones, health and financial security, and the challenges of navigating confinement and isolation or the lack of ability to find quiet time alone are additional factors that can exacerbate stress. Pushing back against emotional exhaustion requires a combination of three approaches: reducing the drain on your emotional resources, learning to conserve them, and regularly replenishing them.
