This is from the 12 Days of Christmas. It was our last workout inside the gym and we can’t wait for the next one indoors! In the mean time keep moving, do something everyday and join in on the zoom classes! Use this time as an opportunity and be in control!

Gym may be closed but that doesn’t mean you can’t maintain your workout schedule! Zoom classes Monday to Friday! Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 7:00 AM Tuesday/Thursday at 6:00 AM... Keep up with your fitness with joining the classes!

Enjoying a full cup of coffee as part of the warm up is the best thing about working out from home! Don't forget to set up your coffee machine for the early Zoom class tomorrow morning. 7:00 AM you see you there!

To all the early risers! We have added a couple early morning zoom classes this week on the schedule. Wednesday at 6:00 AM Friday at 7:00 AM... Next week will have a complete schedule of morning classes!

2021 has started and you probably have some new year goals. It can be take part in more outdoor activities, eat better, get a new PR in the gym or do that bodyweight skill like handstand walking. But every goal has one word in common: consistency! Don't wait for the gym to open up to start working out. Don't start your meal plan on Monday. Don't wait for a sunny day to get outside. Just start. Do a little bit towards your goal everyday!
