After a great first half of the year, next week is our last week before our holiday break. You know what that means... Starting Saturday, it'sPJ week! Students are invited to wear their PJ's to all their classes during the week (Christmas themedor regular). Please make sure anything you wear canbe danced in. Great News! The Provincial Health Officer (PHO) issued a revised Gathering and Events Order today for music, art, dance and drama programs! What does this mean? Well, we are THRILLED to announce that we are able to reopen for in- person classes this Saturday Dec. 5th. Please refer to your email just sent out for all the details. We can't wait to see you!

This year, we are starting our Lindbjerg's Students of the Month! Each month, your teachers and studio staff will choose 2 students (a jr & sr) who have been exceptionally hard-working, leaders at our studio and have a positive attitude! Please email the office to claim your prize!

I'm sure all of you are aware by now that Dr. Bonny Henry has imposed a new set of restrictions on indoor group physical activities. The new restrictions go into effect from Saturday November 7th at 10:00pm - Monday November 23rd at 12:00pm. Starting tomorrow with our Sunday voice lessons and continuing through the next two weeks with all our Dance and Musical Theatre classes we will be switching to online ZOOM lessons. This is a temporary measure. This is something that we a...ll hoped would not happen but we do have everything in place to make a smooth transition. (Please refer to your email for the Zoom links.) Our hope is that we can get back to "normal" at the end of the two week period. We feel we currently have an amazing set of COVID-19 safety protocols at the studio and we will be submitting them to our local Medical Health Officer for approval. At this time we don't know if this will speed up our re-opening efforts or not during this two week period. Congrats to our students being all amazing at the Fall 2020 Virtual KPU International Music Festival! Thank you to the Vancouver Kiwanis Music Festivals for reworking this event enabling our students to participate safely. Honorable Mention to Rosemary Diab, First Time Medallion to Timothy Liu and The Heather Wooley Memorial Award for the Finest Performance of a Broadway Selection (11 yrs and under) to Miss Stephanie's vocal student, Tamara Vainer. Tamara was also chosen as alternate for the Musical Theatre Voice, Junior Class (14 yrs and under). CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL!

Drum roll please...........we are proud to announce that Jenna and Alina were awarded 2nd place in the PEAK CHALLENGE for @peakinvitational Surrey. Out of all of the top-scoring solos/duos/trios and groups, Jenna and Alina scored 2nd place in the Level 1/2 Final showdown. Congratulations!!
