LWCC Board has determined that despite the incredible crowds this event draws - or more to the point - BECAUSE of the crowds - it would be unfathomable to determine how to maintain social distancing, while not hampering the good-spirited fun that goes along with SEARCHING out that great deal or BARTERING for that last quarter....
