BREW NEWS: We are excited to welcome Aaron ONeill as our new Brewmaster. Aaron has a diverse work history within the brewing industry here in Ontario. He served as the Packaging Manager at Publican House and most recently, as Brewmaster at the Olde Stone Brewery in Peterborough since 2015. Aaron has a true passion for brewing quality craft beer and is excited to be back in Lindsay where he attended highschool. Aaron has been tasked with creating a new beer line-up and we are... thrilled to be showcasing his talents here in the Kawartha Lakes Region! Our new brewery division, LINDSAY BREWING COMPANY, is currently developing new beer selections and we cant wait to share them with you. Our new branding and marketing pays tribute to our town and the beautiful historical properties that make where we live, work, play and visit so unique.
