Part of the work I do with my "Freeing Vishuddi" program is working with breath and pranayam. This is where it all begins. Bringing awareness to how your breathing and how to control and direct pranic flow. I had the pleasure of doing a couples session with these 2 lovely humans Kathryn Meghan McKernan Cashew Earnest Where we explored concepts from week 1 of the program.
