Welcome to my business page! I would like to take a minute to introduce myself and my business that was established in 2019! My name is Lindsay, I have been a Registered Practical Nurse in Ontario since 2004! I am a graduate from Mohawk College in Hamilton. ... I am also a wife to my very supportive husband Jamie, and a momma to my two kiddos Lydia and Quintin who are very involved in my business! Most of my nursing career was spent in family medicine, with lots of experience in both long term care and retirement homes! Having that experience, I have always loved seniors, they really are my people! After corporate burnout, I needed a huge change in my life! I needed to find a way to serve people and do what I love doing! My private home care services were well received! I serve clients and families in their homes wherever that maybe! That’s right from houses that have been in the family for decades, apartment buildings, retirement homes and yes even long term care homes! Every need is different. The best part of private services is we get to decide as a team (when I refer to team, that includes the client, their loved ones and myself) what needs to be done and when! No time limitations dictated by others. Set consistent visits, with continuity of care. So the team knows who is showing up and when! So what do I do to provide support to my clients and their families? Well the question is what don’t I do! Yes I am a nurse by trade, but private home care services goes beyond! Services include but are not limited to: Personal care, medication reminders, shopping, appointment arrangement and will accompany to and from, laundry, housekeeping, companionship, Footcare, exercise program, and so much more! I am currently accepting clients in Stratford, please share should you know someone that could benefit from an extra set of eyes, ears and loving hands!

I was able to get out to pick up some important packages for my clients today! These information packages for the EMS could spare life saving time in an emergency. They are free of charge fill out the inside of the card and use the magnet to hang on your refrigerator!

To all my supporters, I will be out of office this week. No I’m not gallivanting around... small surgery. Thank you to my team and families who will be taking good care of all my clients!

Well it’s been said if you aren’t Dutch you aren’t much Well I’m not Dutch... but I do love all my Dutch clients very much! Today I took my Dutchie out to The Dutch Shop in Clinton! As usual she had the time of her life! Looking at all the food and memorabilia! ... Huge should out to the owner of the store who is an absolute sweetheart and took all the time in the world to speak to my Dutchie in Dutch of course and show us whatever we wanted! She taught me so much and I actually taught her some terms too! The best part of the day was having an almond tart and saying my see you next week to the reply yes we have a lot of fun and you make me so happy My heart is full!

I did my part in keeping my clients and community safe by having a nasopharyngeal covid 19 test done last week!! I am happy to report my test was negative! The process was seamless, huge shout out to the Huron Perth Health Unit and Stratford General Hospital!
