A new product for us this year - maple butter
153 gallons later... we're finally done canning!
Looks like it will be a late night tonight! We will have lots of syrup ready just in time for the Pakenham Home Show!
This year at the Pakenham Home Show, not only will we be selling maple syrup and maple candies - but we will also be selling maple butter, made by Jayna!
Syrup season isn't over yet! We still have a ton of syrup left, and being made, that we will be selling year round at our sugar camp.
Our syrup has been tested and approved by the Fulton's employees!
