I am going to be relocating once more in April to a new space, still here on the North Shore of Kamloops.... Statera Therapeutic Solutions has been my dream since I finished school. Thank you to everyone who has been following our new safety protocols since we have reopened our doors. Online booking is filling up fast for the rest of the year as our clients are booking far in advance. Due to this, we understand that not everyone is able to make the appointment time they originally booked. Our online wait list is an easy and direct way to book an appointment. Online booking is now up! As your appointment date gets closer, please keep an eye out for emails! Protocol is changing frequently. Our system is sending out a screening questionnaire about 18 hours before your appointment time to read through and check off. I'll also be sending you an email that lets you know what to expect the day of. ... Thanks for your continued support through all of this!

A quick update regarding my practice and covid-19 :) I have received a few messages asking when patients will be able to book again. Temporarily, online booking is still disabled. I am waiting for my governing body to set out protocol with new rules RMTs will need to follow. While we get to be part of phase two, unfortunately it is a waiting game until this information is released to us. I am happy to see people have been using the wait-list function on online booking and wh...en the time is right, I will be working off the appointments that needed to be cancelled following provincial safety standards as well and those who are on the wait list! to hi t the rules that will be set out for us. Take care in the meantime! Feel free to continue to message me with any other questions you have and I will do my best to answer them with as much information as I have!

I am going to continue to remove online booking, week by week, as we get through this. Any appointments that need to be cancelled, I will continue to reach out to everyone individually and do my best to give you priority when we have the green light to open the clinic again.
