We have been having waaaay too much fun with our abundance of cut flowers this year! I love growing these simple flowers as a summer project with my kids (our favourites are cosmos and snapdragons). We’ve been pressing them, drying them, sharing them, and even smashing them (see picture number 4). Last week the girls and I made flower crowns and they spent the afternoon pretending they were island princesses. A couple of seeds turned into so much enjoyment!

This summer we picked up geocaching! If you haven’t tried it yet, I highly recommend it. Such a fun family activity! The inner workings of a music box was our favourite find so far. #geocaching
