These next few weeks are going to be more difficult. Each day we will see sad, frightening numbers grow higher. But things to remember: 1. be educated but Don't stay glued to the news. It will increase your anxiety levels. Just enough to stay informed 2. Draw two circles - one of things you CAN control and the other of things you CAN'T. Act on what you can take hold of and action and let go what you can't. 3. We all have gifts we can give - help out 4. At some point, this will pass/improve. Keep your eye and perspective on how life will be again. WITH LOVE ALWAYS
