I’m busy prepping for my next challenge group that is going to start January 2nd! I wasn’t able to complete the Core de Force because of my ankle sprain but in only two weeks I was down 6 pounds and 6 inches. And since starting with Beachbody down 20 pounds in total. Sorry to anyone who may be getting sick of seeing me in a bathing suit. Lol.... But if I can help just one person by sharing my story then I am doing my job! My goal in January is to try and Lose another 10 pou...nds and I’m looking for 10 ladies to join me on the 2nd and start fresh after the holidays and feel great for Spring! Ingredients:... 1/2 cup finely chopped seedless black dates 2 tbsp finely chopped walnuts 1/4 tsp cardamom powder Method: Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well till the mixture binds well like dough.
