Had some wonderful girls over for lunch.... made a yummy healthy spread with a fruit smoothie......loaded in nutrients.... Tortillas, red onions, sprouts, feta cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers, kale, chicory, cranberries, pumpkin seeds, poppyseed dressing and garlic and herb cream cheese. Yummm

Fun day Saturday!!!!!!......volunteering with some great people in support of the heart and stroke "Big Bike event" Next year I will be recruiting for riders to join in the fun, they are on the last day of the fund raiser today in Westbank, by Kelly o's,.
