I was asked a few times for some good warm ups before training Muay Thai, MMA, or any kind of workout you decide to do for that matter. So I've put together a few very common dynamic movements to help warm you up, keep you limber and help with some flexibility and quick reaction time Esspecially when executing explosive techniques and to avoid any injury. I will post a general stretching routine I personally used back in the fight club days before and after intense training, sparring and competition very soon. Keep Fighting!
