Lions Club of Elmira 06.12.2020

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Carole Woods. Carole, a charter member of Woolwich Community Lions (WCLC) has left us with wonderful m...emories! Carole was a private but very caring person. She had an amazing memory, she never forgot a birthday, anniversary or special occasion. She was a veritable book of knowledge. Carole was always game for anything, serious or silly. Most of all Carole enjoyed showing everyone her C.W. shot at curling, as well as her luck in golf, bouncing balls out of the water traps off the backs of turtles or rocks. Her luck was also extended to those around her. If she was in your car, a wonderful parking spot always opened up for you. Carole leaves behind her husband of 58 years, Art (Past International Director) as well as her family Steve, Wendy & Zoe. Please join us in remembering Carole and her life well lived. She will be leaving a hole in our WCLC community and in our hearts! Clearly Carole loved life and life loved her back. If you would like to honour Carole's memory by making a donation in her honour, Dreissinger Funeral Home is accepting donation to Dog Guides - Dimer Fund. Carole we will miss you dearly!!!
