Well it has almost been a month since my last post. I have had time to reflect and think about what I wrote, how I felt then and feel now, what I would do differently..(if anything.. anything at all..) To be honest.. being open and vulnerable publicly is one of my biggest challenges and fears in life.... With that said.. I am so grateful that I allowed myself the opportunity to open up about what was going on.. even if it was all (mostly) an internal struggle. Because it’s our internal struggles and conversations we have with ourselves that can take us down some deep dark pathes or valleys. Giving us the ups and downs of our own emotional roller coasters. But when we are strong enough to speak.. truly speak out loud and not just talk to hear ourselves talk.. that is when we welcome healing and change into our lives, hearts and even our being. So would I change anything I wrote a month ago.. no.. not even a word. By speaking my truth and giving my inner conversations a voice. I was able to release so many issues and emotions that were holding me back from enjoying my memories of my amazing wedding to my amazing husband. The negative emotions, disappointments and fears kept me from moving forward in my life, kept me stuck and paralyzed me in some areas of my life, which is no longer the case for me. Today I am back to enjoying my many courses (new and old), spending time with my family, getting off the couch and being active again, organizing my home (by decuttering, and getting rid of the old energy and making room for the new), taking time for me... whatever that looks like.. reading , playing games , going for a walk , talking to a friend the list goes on.. I am also back connecting with clients.. I also wanted to thank everyone for their support.. sometime we just need to know that we are not allow. Thank you, thank you, thank you .. for showing me that I was not allow.

Well the adventure continues.. it’s been an interesting couple of days. As much as I needed to get out and express myself regarding my wedding... other triggers have popped up. As I have processed what has showed up for me so far, and talked out what I can. It’s been easier to see the end of the tunnel. I have other things and events in my life that I realized I had not acknowledged or grieved or even processed that have showed up for me over the last while. I can acknowled...ge that some of those past hurts, sadnesses and disappointments attached themselves to the outcome of my wedding. I am not saying that I am all good, but I can at least breathe today. Taking one day at a time. Expressing what I need to and quietly processing what needs to be done quietly.. just for me. Because in the end processing all my old junk is for me no one else. Yes those whom I love and live with me will feel better as I feel better. However my healing is for me, my soul, my happiness and for my love for myself. We all greive and release things that bother or upset us differently. I know I have more work to do. I have the tools to do the work and to help heal myself. The silver lining for me is that I love it when I use my healing tools and can express to my clients how I was/am able to help heal myself. Using myself as an example of what can happen when you are ready to heal. Showing them how far you can come, if you are ready and willing to do the work. Because no one, I mean no one can do the work for me.. IF IT’S GOING TO BE... IT’S UP TO ME!!
