Just in time for Thanksgiving... Raspberry Chipotle Ham 1.81 to 2.25 kg (4-5 lbs.) boneless skinless smoked half ham... 1/3 cup Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce 3/4 cup beer or Root Beer Preheat oven to 350F. Cut 1" deep slices along ham in a crisscross pattern. Place in a roasting pan. Combine Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce with Root Beer and pour over ham. Cook for 2 hours basting ham a couple of times during cooking. Suggested sides mashed or scalloped potatoes, green beans, side salad.

What a delicious supper last night! Will definitely be making this again Recipe is posted a couple posts down from this one it's the Creamy Mushroom & Onion Chicken recipe. I did mine with potatoes but soany other options!

Planning meatballs for your Thanksgiving meal? We can help you add a touch of Gourmet! Cocktail Meatballs 2.2 lbs. (1kg) lean ground beef ... 1 tsp. Oh! So Garlic 1 tsp. Oh! So Onion tsp. Sunset Seasoned Salt tsp. freshly ground black pepper cup bread crumbs cup water 2 eggs cup Sunset Gourmet’s Smoky Sweet Grilling Sauce cup Smoky Chipotle Honey Mustard Mix all seasonings and bread crumbs in a large bowl, add water and eggs. Mix well and add ground beef,mix until all seasonings have been evenly distributed, do not over-mix. Form into small meatballs bake in the oven at 350F for 20 to 25 minutes. Place meatballs in an ovenproof casserole dish. Combine Sunset Gourmet’s Smoky Sweet Grilling Sauce and Smoky Chipotle Honey Mustard. Pour sauce over meatballs and cook for another 45 minutes. You can also use a slow cooker to cook the meatballs in the sauce.

Creamy Mushroom & Onion Chicken 4 boneless chicken breasts, cut in half lengthwise 2 Tbsp. olive oil 2 Tbsp. butter, divided 1 tsp. Sunset Seasoned Salt... 1 tsp. 5 Peppercorn Premium Blend 1 tsp. Oh! So Garlic 10-12 mushrooms, sliced 1 can (284 mL) cream of mushroom soup 1 cup milk 1 pkg. Maple & Onion Dip Mix cup white wine (optional) In a large skillet heat olive oil and 1 Tbsp. butter over medium high heat. Season chicken with seasoned salt and pepper; add to skillet. Sauté for 8-10 minutes, remove chicken. In the same pan add 1 Tbsp. butter, sliced mushrooms and Oh! So Garlic. Sauté for 5-7 minutes. Add mushroom soup, milk, Maple & Onion Dip Mix and wine. Mix and simmer for 5 minutes, add chicken and continue to simmer on low for 15 minutes. Serve with your choice of sides.
