Another ship is slatted to set sail this summer, but outside of the USA. "Royal Caribbean’s Vision of the Seas will soon make her way to Bermuda and call it home for a summer 2021 season from June 26 August 28, 2021. New seven-night itineraries will sail to Perfect Day Island at CocoCay and also remain in Bermuda (Royal Naval Dockyard) for two nights to offer guests relaxation on Bermuda’s popular pink-sand beaches.... This opens for sale on Monday, March 29, 2021 (subject to change). Much of the health/safety guidance supporting Vision mirrors that of last week’s announcement that Adventure of the Seas will launch a summer season this June at a homeport in Nassau, Bahamas. What’s required Vaccines will be required for all crew and any guest 18 years of age or older and guests under 18 years of age will be required to present negative COVID-19 test results. A health visa will be required for entry into the Bermuda. (The required documents include: valid passport, health visa, negative PCR test results and proof of a COVID-19 vaccine). Proof of vaccine must indicate that the full cycle of required dose(s) was administered at least 14 days prior to the sail date. Guests must also complete a Health Acknowledgement form prior to boarding. Any guest opting not to acknowledge the health policy, unfortunately, will be unable to sail with Royal Caribbean. Finally, a trial sailing/simulation voyage is in scope to occur prior to the onset of Vision’s summer season, ensuring the readiness of the crew and testing our new safety measures. Wow! So, happy for all my Expedia Cruises colleagues across Canada and the United States. Our tally so far from our Princess Cruises 3-Day Sale is over 9500 passengers . We are just awaiting the totals for the Enchanted Princess sailings. It is very exciting to watch the momentum grow over the last few weeks as travelers move forward in securing their plans. What did our Princess passengers book? The majority of reservations are in Balconies and Suites. The average cruise... booked was 10 to 14 Days. If you are thinking of cruising , especially Summer/Fall 2021 and Winter 2022 in a Balcony or higher stateroom, the time to book is now. We are also seeing an increase in Land Resort requests for January/February 2021.
