2020, geez, what a year it has been! Aside from the obvious never-ending pandemic that we're in, 2020 had a lot more ups than downs in my books! My husband & I got married in Feb, we moved into a place we love in April, we went on a few road trips and safely saw friends and family in Aug & Sept, all while being fortunate to continue to have our full-time jobs during these uncertain times. Oh, and I also started this business in July! ... It's been an amazing 6 months and I truly am proud of how Lisa Douglas Photography has taken off. I've met some pretty incredible people and I cannot wait to get back out to see all of your beautiful faces (thanks Code Red here in MB). To everyone who has supported me from the very beginning, thank you. To all of my clients, who have become friends, thank you for trusting me to capture your forever memories. I wouldn't be here without you guys! I'm going to take some down time for myself and my husband over the next 2 weeks and enjoy our first Christmas as a married couple .
