Happy Mother’s Day to all you awesome moms! I am feeling very grateful today for the thoughtful gifts from the two that call me mom. During this time, many of you are being asked to wear so many hats, and it can feel overwhelming and thankless and just plain exhausting, but know that you are enough. To my wonderful clients, Today, with the Alberta government declaring a state of public health emergency and the increasing recommendations to practice social distancing, as well as the strong recommendation from the Massage Therapist Association of Alberta (MTAA), I will be suspending my massage therapy practice until at least March 30th, 2020. Although massage therapy is an incredibly effective and beneficial healthcare service, it is more important to minimize the risks o...f potentially contracting or transmitting COVID-19. To all my amazing clients, Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. When I started this new venture, I had no clue what was going to happen. A million thoughts ran through my head...will anybody book with me? Will they come back? Will I be able to help them? Will they be happy? You guys have blown me away! The support has been unreal. It is because of YOU, my wonderful clients, that I have had such an amazing year. You have helped reaffirm that the choice I made was a good one. I am beyond grateful for all of the support. I truly love what I do, and if I can have a positive effect on your wellness, well, that’s icing on the cake!
