Dalgona Coffee is all the rage in social media now. Very popular in Macau. The vendor says he needs to mix manually with his spoon for an estimated 400 rounds ...around his cup per serving. Imagine if he has to serve hundreds of cups of coffee a day. You do the math With Thermomix, you can do it in about 4 mins of unattended time. Try it. Ingredients: 2 tbsp instant coffee granules 2 to 3 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp hot water Fresh cold milk for serving 1) Place coffee granules, sugar and hot water into a clean TM Bowl. 2) Insert butterfly. 3) Whisk 3 to 4 minutes on Speed 4. Stop midway to scrape down. 4) Dalgona Coffee is ready when mixture turns creamy like whipped cream. You can also listen to the whipping sound which changes suddenly once it becomes creamy. 4 mins is a guideline depending on your granules (fine or coarse). 5) To serve, float over cold fresh milk. Enjoy!.
