I've heard it said that the Alexander Technique is just too much thinking, and too hard to do. Well, I'm going to argue that you're already doing a lot of thinking, and that the Alexander Technique will help you have a clearer, simpler idea of how you're going to perform your task, and in effect be doing LESS thinking! It also means that you will have choices. You can continue to do your thing the same old way, or you can choose a simpler, maybe easier option. I am now back to teaching and working with clients! Please contact me if you are interested in discovering more about this fascinating work.
