The numbers are in folks...it's a hot market right now, moving fast! The Kamloops And District Real Estate Association is reporting 244 sales in the first month of the year. That is nearly 50% above the number of sales recorded in January, 2020. The total value of sales last month was $120.9 million, a 75% rise over 2020. The average price for a single family home in the area last month was $596,712 which is down from $617,026 in December. The average price for a multi-family unit in January, 2021 was $350,508.
