There's been alot of first time buyers who needed the space a home provided for working from home and others needed yards for the kids to play during lockdowns. I thinks it's been a combination of stay at home along with interest rates so low that buyers are paying less to own then they paid to rent. Love what I do, thank you for your trust and referrals.
