As I reflect back on this day when my best life began. This journey, that has no destination and has been full of surprises. I can’t wait to see where it takes me next. I’m so grateful to be where I am today. If there is one profound thing I have learned along the way, these past 8 years is patience and faith. Everything happens as it is suppose to, and faith is a better option than fear even though they both ask you to believe in something you can’t see. So I choose faith.... Everything will work out. It always does. The other thing I learned is that EVERYTHING is cyclical, everything! So even though something end, leaves or dies, there will always be a new beginning. So rather than getting attached to not losing something, instead be more excited about the new beginning on the other side. Loss of a job, a relationship, a change of season, new ways of living after a pandemic, even a death. We don’t have to forget the beautiful memories. We must always hang on the the positive and learn any lessons that were meant to be learned. The only constant in the universe is change. Embrace it. Let go. Go with the flow. Move forward. Backwards is not even an option. You are 70% water and what happens to water when it stops moving ? It becomes stagnant, stuck, it will wrought.
