This Easter I got myself a keto Easter Box from #mabelkitchen...and then proceeded to pig out of my kid’s chocolate. The good news is that here it is, after Easter and I still have LOTS of chocolate!! Those mint flowers though....

I’m curious about my customers and followers. Are you low carb or keto? Clean eating? Lazy or dirty keto? Personally, I try to be as clean as possible. I’m more low carb than keto. I follow the MADE diet. (Moderate Protein, Adequate fat , decreased carbs and eating window of 8 hrs (fasting for 16) ). Eating as clean as possible is a huge help for my inflammation so I try my best to avoid all grains. I’m not perfect. I still love chips and French fries and will sometimes have them as a treat. Sometimes I’ll even have a wrap at subway. But 90% of the time, I try my best to eat clean. (No judgment to my dirty or lazy keto peeps. We all have our own goals and reasons for why we eat what we eat. I’m truly just curious of what my customers do and look for in their keto treats. So...How do you keto/low carb?
I’ve been asked many times if I make hard candy. Well, I just attempted it for the first time. Gonna need to tweak the flavour a touch but I did it! I made butterscotch suckers!
