Came across this article that presented a mindful meditation on Racial Justice by Rhonda Magee a Law professor and Mindfulness based stress reduction teacher and researcher. Some great wellness resources offered by the YMCA. Many clients over the years in their 20s have gone to the Mindfulness program based on Acceptnace and Commutmebt Therapy and found really beneficial for mild to moderate anxiety and depression. https://www.gv.ymca.ca/mental-wellness
