I absolutely loved this session yesterday. It was cold, but this sweet couple was so much fun and are going to make fantastic parents! I can't wait to meet this little one!!

Fall is BUSY around our place. Some years we manage to sneak family photos in, and others we don't (terrible - I know!). This year was one of those years.... So, last Friday evening, I threw on the kids best clothes, ran out to our yard before the sun went down, and snapped some of my little munchkins. Even though my hubby and I didn't make it in this year, I'm so glad to have these memories of my littles. THEY GROW TOO FAST. And this season goes by much too fast. The colours are so gorgeous this year!

Fall colors and this duo = perfection. Being a mama of two boys, I have a super soft spot for this. They can never be too old to snuggle their mama

Being a newborn photographer, I get to experience a lot of special moments with new parents. They are so full of emotions, they are exhausted, they are overwhelmed with love for these little humans they have created. I love to chat about their birth experiences, their first few days, and learn their stories. Stories like this one make me emotional just thinking about it. These two sweethearts are very special. They are the rainbow babies their parents were praying for. They are here - happy and healthy. And they are absolutely perfect.

I got to spend the morning with this beautiful family! They are so sweet, and Nila is full of energy and OH SO CUTE. We walked around their neighbourhood and danced, ran, and played peek-a boo. Some people are really disliking the haze, but as a photographer - I'll take it!

I have had the pleasure of watching this family grow - from maternity photos, newborn photos and family photos. I love watching how the kids personalities change, and they are some of the sweetest around! Mango the boxer even got to join in (it was her 7th birthday!), and for those of you who know me, I LOVE my boxer's so was totally happy to have her part of the evening! It was such a perfect fall evening to catch up with them

When your veterinarian invites you out to their beautiful land to take family photos, you jump on it! These kiddos were so much fun and had so much personality! If you haven't checked out Vet to Pet, you should definitely give Jamie a call!

Newborn Sessions bring out the creative, artistic side of me. I try to make each session unique, and a lot of prop planning, ordering and maneuvering goes into it. But when images like this are created, it makes my heart so happy! Tomorrow is a big day for me too - I will have my first set of TWINS in the studio! Stay tuned for some sneak peaks!
