Had a client come in who ended up not being able to bend over for a week due to tweaking her back from lifting.. I was able to regain and increase her pain free ROM with a few new techniques from this weekends class.. pictures are shared with permission ***we had to guess where the prior was as there was such a major increase***

The Revolution Fitness Ltd. Step Challenge is back! In 2019 we walked, ran, hiked and crawled our way to an average of over 4 MILLION steps per person. S...tarting January 1st let’s see how far you can go! Runners and walkers are welcome. This is the one challenge that every step counts. Dedicated workouts are not required! Everyone that makes it through Dec 31st of next year shares an equal share of the pot! If you need some motivation to get active this is it! Although many people get the steps required by not changing a thing! There is literally no reason you can’t do this! All you need is two feet, a heartbeat and an activity tracking watch. Cost is $33 per person and includes a small registration fee. (A lot of work goes into this throughout the year) The rest goes into the pot. In 2019 the winning pot was just shy of $1000.00 cash.
