Acupuncture is back in full swing!

We will now be offering some services in-person! In order to assist in continued social distancing and preventing the further spread of COVID-19, most services will be resumed through telemedicine. However, if you would like to book an in-person consult (intake or follow-up) with one of our ND's or our dietitian or an acupuncture appointment with one of our ND's, please call the office, 468-9355, send an email, [email protected], or book your appointment online,... https://app.outsmartemr.com/online-booking/194 There are a few changes you can expect when visiting the clinic; -Please do not come to the clinic if you are feeling unwell, if you have travelled outside the province in the last 14 days, or if you have been in contact with someone with COVID-19. Please call the office to cancel your appointment or switch to telemedicine. -All in-person appointments will recieve a pre-appointment screening call within 24 hours of your appointment to ensure we can safely proceed with your appointment. -We are limiting the number of patients in the clinic at one time, so our practitioners are staggering our office hours. We will not have more than 2 people in our waiting room at once. -We will be sanitizing all high touch services after every patient, and increasing our regular cleaning practices -Our practitioners are required to wear masks through all patient interactions and we are required to have patients wear a face covering while in the clinic. In order to reduce the use of hard to come by PPE, we are asking patients to bring their own masks, if they have one. There will be one at the front door, if you require. -We are asking patients to arrive at the clinic only at their designated appointment time and avoid coming earlier -Please have all your intake and consent forms filled out prior to your appointment. They will be emailed to you before your appointment and can be printed and brought in with you, or emailed to your practitioner. If you have any questions at all please call the office or send us an email. Even though we will all be wearing masks, please know that we are all smiles and are so happy to see you in the clinic.

We are getting excited to see you in person! In-person services to resume June 8th. We are now allowed to resume some non-essential in-person services. While we are all eager to see your smiling faces, our NDs and dietitian will still continue to offer most of our services through telemedicine. We will continue to implement all precautions in order to assist in maintaining social distancing and preventing spread of COVID 19.... If you have an appointment booked with one of our practitioners, they will contact you if there is a need to switch your appointment to in-person. If you do not hear from us, please assume your appointment remains through telemedicine. Dr. Nabb will be resuming acupuncture services at this time, with her first acupuncture clinic on June 8th. As we prepare for reopening, it is with great sadness that we announce that Craig will not be rejoining us when Little Oak Wellness Center re-opens it's doors. It has been such a pleasure having Craig as part of our team and we wish him all the best in Southern Ontario. Good Luck, Craig!

Although some restrictions on businesses have been lifted, our office remains closed to non-essential in-person appointments. Today Little Oak Wellness Center Turns One! Well, I have to say this is not where I thought we would be on our one year anniversary of opening our doors. Our team was planning a celebration and I was excited to share with all of you. Afterall, it is our patients who do the hard work to make the change in their lives, and that deserves a celebration. Although this birthday party for my business is not at all what I imagined in this uncertain time, I am grateful for the last ...year of learning, growing, building relationships, and seeing our patients thrive and heal. I have had the privilege of working with some amazing practitioners and seeing, first hand, how much impact an integrative model can have on health and healing. I am incredibly grateful for all the love and support over the last year. From everyone in the community, in the medical community, and everyone who contributed to making this crazy dream of mine a reality. It has been a wild ride, but worth every twist and turn. Our clinic may be closed for now, but we are still here, ready to walk with you on your journey. While new and unconventional, we are offering our services via telemedicine so you don't have to put your health on hold as we all manage social distancing. As soon as it is safe for everyone, our doors will be open once again providing you the welcoming, safe, nurturing environment to continue your journey. In the meantime, we are here to help. Whatever you may need and however that looks for you.

Craig has opened another evening clinic for massage appointments on Mondays, and it starts this Monday, March 2nd! Call the clinic or book online quick to make sure you don’t miss a spot!
