We just want to address a few misinformed and unkind messages we received the last few days. Our shop has remained completely CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC since March 24th and will remain that way until...well, we don’t know when. We ARE able to fill orders through any of our social channels and would be happy to do so. While you may see the lights on in the shop certain days a week the doors will continue to be locked and the shop remains closed. As one of the many small businesse...s just trying to manage through this situation, we are trying to do what we can to 1. Stay in business & 2. Serve our amazing customers & community. I am unsure if accusations of us being open have been b/c people have seen lights on and it is assumed we are open but please know, our closure always has & will remain posted to the door and we will continue to comply with all government policies. We are happy to fill online orders and offer shipping or local (contactless) porch drops. The only exception made is for customers with mobility issues or in nursing homes in need of medical supplies (post-op or Mastectomy) but that is dealt with case by case. On a more personal note, it is incredibly hurtful to receive messages like this especially when the information is incorrect so just be sure if you are concerned about a business, reach out to them. Ask the questions you need answered rather than assuming they aren’t complying. We are going through this together, we all need so much kindness and empathy right now. Please be kind to others and support any small business where/when you can. As a member of our BIA, thank you to everyone who has supported our downtown businesses and if you need anything, even if your favourite shop doesn’t have an online store, reach out to them, they are likely more than willing to ship or do a no-contact delivery.
