It’s Friday and what are we doing? Seeding!!! It’s the start of of our sowing schedule and I’m so excited! We grow pretty much everything we sell, with the exception of things we get as plugs, like the Lisianthus I shared on our IGTV earlier this week. That’s a lot of different things to learn how to grow- everything has it’s little tricks and I really enjoy unraveling the mystery of each variety.

We have been experimenting with which vegetables store the longest and how to store them the best. The spaghetti squash has been a real winner. This was a bit of a surprise to me as some other growers had told me it doesn’t store well, but this guy keeps going and going.
