Summer YOGA PLAY Camps are HERE!! Please see details below! We don't like to separate siblings (unless you want to) so please email if the age gap does not fit into the below! Age 4 - Age 6 - Time : 9:00am - 12:00pm (if child is turning 4 by 2017 sign them up -Must be toilet trained) Age 7- Age 10 - Time : 12:30pm - 3:30pm July 3-7 - Airdrie July 17-21 - Airdrie - Super Here Theme Aug 14-18 - Airdrie Cost per child - $ 175 (for entire week) Cost includes: 1 week (15 hours) Yoga Play Camp, Small classes, Gluten/Nut Free Healthy Snack and drink, crafts, games, Children's Yoga....all this whilst incorporating mindfulness, kindness, courage and acceptance into our days! Little Hippys is currently in the process of setting up Yoga Play based summer camps in Airdrie and Cochrane! Stay tuned for dates and sign up!! Camp ages will be Age 4 (as of 2017) - Age 7 and if interest the ages 8-12! We will be adding weekly classes starting next year as well as Baby Massage courses and a few events based around mindfulness for children! ... Welcome to Little Hippys! We are starting Yoga play based classes for the minis in your life! We want to encourage and grow everything that children already are...free, wild, sparkling little beings. Teach them courage, kindness, acceptance and peace within themselves and others. We do this through Yoga, music, stories, art and play. Our children today have so much structure and pressure in their every day life, so we want to teach them some skills to help deal with that ...all whilst having some fun. At Little Hippys we believe in learning by play and tossing in a little yoga and mindfulness. We touch on mindfulness, acceptance and meditation. The ability to calm and center yourself in yoga translates to everyday life. For school children, this helps with social events, first day of school (pre-school), performances, and the daily rush of overscheduled and overstimulated lives.
