Effective immediately Baseball BC has extended the suspension of all sanctioned in-person baseball activity indefinitely We at BC Minor Baseball are asking our ...member Associations to join us in supporting the notice received today from Baseball BC, please see the notice attached. and this today: British Columbia has announced a public health emergency due to the novel coronavirus pandemic. With so much uncertainty and pressure from our Health Authorities to limit social gathering, we're starting to see many of our municipalities closing public buildings and spaces, schools being closed in addition to businesses now taking more drastic steps to support the spread of the Covid-19 disease. Seeing such I believe the upcoming spring baseball season will be impacted significantly and that all member Associations should plan/prepare for a suspended/canceled season. Please support the good of public health until the Health Authorities give us a green light.
