We moved! When I started sewing blankets at my kitchen table four short years ago, I always thought Little Navy would be something I would always do from my home. Fast forward to today and I’m so excited that we moved to our own studio! Last week was crazy and there is still much to do with the space but I couldn’t be happier. ... Little Navy, a popular maker of luxurious and personalized baby products, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for managing customer inquires through email, telephone and chat and also managing customer pick ups in our Retail Storefront. Our brand is known for prompt and polite responses so it is imperative to be responsive and help Little Navy consumers find everything they are looking for. Remaining calm under pressure,... particularly around the holidays, and asking for help when things get behind will be critical to your success. Rest assured you have a tremendous team to support you. So, if you enjoy working with the public and have experience in customer service or in a retail environment, please apply! The job responsibilities include: -Answering Customer Service Requests via email, telephone and through online chat -Managing Retail Store pick up orders -Overseeing the Retail Storefront. -Helping customers when required. -Preparing packages for mail out during down periods. -Supporting your peers with odd tasks as they have committed to supporting you. Our ideal candidate has the following character traits: -Charismatic and friendly with a high degree of empathy -Remains calm during emotional interactions with customers -Able to keep up in a fast environment, particularly during the holidays -Reliable. Shows up to work on-time and expertly manages the communication channels during peak times. -Organized with excellent time management and a high degree of autonomy Hours of Work: 9:00am - 5:00pm Tuesday - Friday 11:00am - 4:00pm Saturday

Every year I tell myself I’m going to make my family new personalized stockings and then I get so busy I never get around to it.
