Eucalyptus Shower Melts The dreaded cold season is among us. Find some relief with @earthlovehome shower melts and turn your bathroom into an oasis. How to use: Keep in a sealed container... Place on the shower floor within shower spray radius. Use in a bowl of steaming water while you breathe over it with a towel over your head. I’ll be dropping off a few of these to my sick friends....from a very far distance

Healthy Looking Lips With colder weather fast approaching our lips are bound to become dry and chapped. Here are some sure fire ways to take care of your lips during the changing seasons:... Apply a good quality Lip Balm when you first wake up, during the day as needed, and before bed. The best lip balms to look for contain Shea butter and vitamin E. I don’t use anything but my fave @threeacres Try a DIY lip scrub. Mix together a paste of coconut oil and sugar. Gently rub over lips and wipe off. Stay Hydrated! Grab that reusable water bottle and chug chug chug! What other lip care tips am I missing? @ Calgary, Alberta

Rest The most valuable thing we can do for the psyche, occasionally, is to let it rest, wander, live in the changing light of room, not try to be or do anything whatever. -May Sarton Today, rest for me will be intentionally preparing my home for the week ahead, making a home cooked dinner, going on a family walk to enjoy the changing trees, and slowing down to allow myself time to recharge my mind ... How do you rest?

Happy Dance We’ve all heard the expression when you buy from a small shop someone does a happy dance. And now I know how true this is! Every time an order comes in my kids and I squeak with delight. Inevitably my daughter will ask what was purchased and praise the buyer for their choices ... I’m grateful to each and every one of you for supporting my dreams. Have a wonderful weekend
